Hook system prototype. Testing it out.

Picked up an old Delta lathe last weekend. Figure it’s from about ‘55. I have been cleaning the body and re-greasing the bearings. Needs a new belt, and the motor needs to be remounted. Will be a nice addition to the shop.

I have been occupying my time with a new addition to the shop. My great grandfather in-law’s Delta drill press from the early 30’s. Rewiring and rebuilding motor and cleaning everything up. Should look pretty nifty when it is done.

New table I am in the middle of. A quilted pattern forms the top, which is made of scraps.
